Our staff speak English and we also have a Korean-descendant Chinese staff who is a native speaker of Chinese as well as Korean. Each staff is knowledgeable and experienced in tackling the legal and cultural barrier for the foreign businesses entering or performing business in Japan.

We merged with a corporate immigration law firm ILS-INCONTROL K.K. in 2013 and have 30 staff members in total. Profile of a managing director Tetsuya Iida After graduating from Waseda University (Law Department), he assisted foreign-owned companies as a legal specialist in Tokyo International Shiho-shoshi Joint Office and RIS International for years. He founded In Control Legal Support Services in 2004. He has specialized in the legal support for non-Japanese businesses throughout his career and has assisted hundreds of incorporation cases and represented thousands of work visa applicants. He also has extensive experiences in corporate law matters, acquisitions of business licenses and documentations of agreements complying with the local laws and ordinances. He is an advisor of foreign business support departments of some governmental organizations, and he also acts as a local director or representative in Japan for some subsidiaries and branches of foreign businesses.
